We understand that adjustments are often part of the design process, so customers are welcome to request revisions during the draft design stage. Minor changes—such as edits to text content, color choices, or layout positioning—are generally provided at no additional cost, as long as they fall within the original design scope.

Once a customer has approved the final digital files or physical card production has begun, the order is considered confirmed. At this stage, refunds are typically not available, as production resources and materials are already committed.

In the rare event of a confirmed printing error or production mistake caused by us, we will review the issue and may offer a refund or reprint after verification. Our team always works closely with customers to identify the cause and reach a reasonable solution.

All refund or revision-related requests must be submitted within the designated timeframe. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness, accuracy, and consistency with our production standards.
